What this service covers

Use support when this is the bottleneck slowing the work down.

Same-Day Response

When your business can't operate, waiting until next week isn't an option. Emergency requests jump the queue for same-day remote help.

Published Emergency Pricing

$125 flat for an emergency remote session, on-site from $225 — you know the cost before you call, even at your most stressed moment.

Plain-English Triage

Tell us what stopped working and what it's stopping you from doing. You don't need to diagnose anything — that's our job.

Stabilize First, Then Fix

Priority one is getting you operating again — taking payments, sending email, serving customers. Root-cause fixes come once you're back up.

Some IT problems can wait until next week. These can’t: the card reader is down and customers are walking out, email is rejecting everything the morning invoices go out, or a scary message is on every screen. Emergency support exists for exactly these moments — with pricing published upfront so there’s no surprise on top of a bad day.

Emergency pricing, published upfront

  • Emergency remote session — $125 flat. Same-day, including evenings and weekends. Most outages that don’t involve failed hardware can be stabilized remotely.
  • Emergency on-site visit — from $225. Same-day dispatch across Phoenix Metro when hands-on work is required. We confirm the price before rolling out.
  • Not sure which you need? Call or submit the form — triage is free, and we’ll tell you honestly whether this is an emergency-priced fix or a standard $75 remote session that can wait until tomorrow.

What counts as an emergency

  • Point of sale or payments down — you can’t ring up sales
  • Email or phones down for the whole business
  • Suspected malware or ransomware — strange pop-ups, locked files, ransom messages
  • Server, shared drive, or booking system outage — staff can’t work
  • Internet or network down at your location
  • Deleted or missing critical files the business needs today

What to do right now

  1. Don’t keep rebooting or clicking. If malware is suspected, disconnect the affected machine from Wi-Fi/network and leave it on.
  2. Contact us with three things: what stopped working, when it stopped, and what it’s preventing (sales, email, payroll). That’s all the technical detail we need.
  3. We triage immediately and tell you the path and the price before work starts.

After the fire is out

Every emergency ends with a plain-English explanation of what happened and what would prevent it. If the same class of problem keeps recurring, that’s usually the signal to move to managed IT — monitoring and maintenance that catches these issues before they take the business down.
