What this service covers

Use support when this is the bottleneck slowing the work down.

Flat $75 Per Session

One clear price, published upfront. No hourly meter running, no surprise invoice. If we can't help, you don't pay.

No Tech Knowledge Needed

You don't need to know what's wrong or what anything is called. Describe what you were trying to do and we take it from there — in plain English, no jargon.

Secure Screen Sharing

You approve the connection, you watch everything we do, and access ends the moment the session does. Nothing is installed without your OK.

Most Issues, One Session

Email problems, slow computers, printer fights, software errors, account lockouts, sync issues — most common problems are resolved in a single session.

You run a business — you shouldn’t also have to be the IT department. Remote tech support is the fastest, cheapest way to get a problem fixed: no waiting for a visit, no hauling equipment anywhere, no guessing what to Google.

Simple, published pricing

  • Remote support session — $75 flat. Covers a focused session on one problem (most sessions run 30–60 minutes). If the issue turns out to need on-site work or a bigger project, we tell you before anything else is billed.
  • If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay. If the problem needs hands-on hardware work or is outside what remote access can solve, we’ll say so and point you to the right next step.

What we fix remotely

  • Email problems — can’t send, can’t receive, mailbox full, suspicious messages
  • Slow or misbehaving computers, pop-ups, and software errors
  • Printer and scanner connection issues
  • Account lockouts, password resets, and two-factor setup
  • File sync problems with OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox
  • Software installation, updates, and configuration
  • “It was working yesterday” — our specialty

How a session works

  1. Book a time (or call for same-day availability) and tell us in your own words what’s going on.
  2. Click one link — no software to figure out. You approve the secure connection.
  3. Watch the fix. We explain what happened in plain English and what, if anything, prevents it next time.
  4. Done. Access ends automatically. You get a short summary of what was done.

When remote support is the wrong tool

We’ll tell you upfront when a problem needs something else — failed hardware, wiring, or Wi-Fi coverage issues need an on-site visit, and recurring issues across several computers usually mean it’s time to talk about managed IT so problems get prevented instead of fixed one at a time.
